2.Is it possible to develop and design new mold?
Yes. We have the professional cooperative factory to design and open new mold, and also Pre-production samples can be produced if necessary.
3.How to ensure the quality of the post-processing ?
Post-processing such as color spray, silk screen printing,hot stamping, decal and frosted. the details to determine success or failure, so we will control the color difference，avoid the scratch ,pay attention to cover the mouth,prevent dust with pp bag and increase logo firmness through high temperature furnace...
4.How to deal with breakage and compensation？
a. First of all, we will do professional package to avoid breakage. But glass as a fragile product, breakage rate under 2% is allowed by the industry. Usually we send spare products to make sure the quantity is enough.
b. In case of mass breakage or serious quality problems We will actively cooperate with the customer to find the cause and make reasonable compensation in a timely manner.

Sample can be free, but it’s freight collect or you pay us the cost in advance.
2. About OEM:
Welcome, please send your own design of glass bottle and Logo, we can open new mold and emboss or print any LOGO for you.
At the same time, Silk screen printing,Decal, Frosted,Gold stamping are all available.
3. About Quality:
Quality is first. we have QC team to control quality during and after production. Any quality issue, we will deal with it immediately.
4.About Package:
Our normal package can be master carton or pallet.
But customized package is available,such as label stick, custom made
inner color box,assembled the lid and so on.
5.About Breakage:
As we all know, glass items are fragile cargo,so under 1% breakage is reasonable.
And also we will send some spare items for your order.
In case of serious damage due to our packing, we will compensate you in next order.
6.About Lead Time:
With stock items, 5-10days.
For bulk production, 25-35days. It depend on the order details.
